BOT DOES NOT WORK. MY REFUND REQUEST HAS GONE UNANSWERED FOR MONTHS

I set up my account with the lowest of settings and it worked for about a day or two then nothing. I sent a message to helo desk daily and no response. I requested a refund and no response. I still have funds on my account that I want refunded and no response. This app does not work at all.

Me neither, nobody replies. Such a shame this bot was working so well before!
